Making pictures available is conducted on the application submitted by the applicant via e-mail to the following address: bpm@um.wroc.pl 

Who may submit the application /initiate the procedure:
The publishers of the information materials about the city.

Comments:

• The right of disposal of the pictures shall be granted to the applicant, after obtaining a positive opinion of the committee on the application.
• The quantity of pictures made available may be limited in relation to the quantity specified in the application .
• The pictures made available by the City Promotion Office may be used only once,  for the information purposes. It is unacceptable to use the made available pictures for the commercial purposes (e.g.: for postcards, t-shirts, photographic albums, souvenirs etc.) The designs of the materials on which the pictures will be used, require a written acceptance of the City Promotion Office prior to their publication. Lack of acceptance is tantamount to the refusal of granting the permission to use those pictures in the materials of the applicant.

Free of charge

The deadline and the manner of resolving the matter:

The submitted applications are examined by a committee comprised of the director of the City Promotion Office and the employees authorized thereby The materials shall be granted, after obtaining a positive opinion of the committee. Only the applications with a carefully described project shall be examined by the committee.

The information about the decisions of the committee will be sent via e-mail after examining the application. The pictures are made available electronically.

The deadlines:

• for the examination of the application by the committee – within 10 days from the date of submitting the application
• for sending the granted materials – within 14 days from the date of the submission of the application

The procedure of appeal:
No appeal possible

The applications and documents required for inspections:

• the application for making the pictures available and expression of consent on their use

The application must contain the indication of a specific material along with the indication of the quantity of pictures which need to be made available, no more than 5 pictures under one application.
